Pros: The Sandisk Sansa combines decent functionality and features with an awesome price. Buy it if you don't want your Ipod or Zune to drop when running!! But, it's economical and it does what I need it to do. On the other hand, the limited capacity and speed (when changing one song to the next) may not interest the music enthusiast. Overall Review: I have found that this is a well player suited for my application jogging. Charges fast too.Ĭons: Using the on/off button as the "back" button? Why? Can't they just put a button on the front, label it as 'back'? I also hate the fact that the player always has to 'build' the database every time I turn the device ON!! Lastly, be sure to take the player out of the USB port before turning OFF your comp, if not, you'll have to manually reboot it. I just take it jogging only, I'm not listening to it for 30 hours at a time so it's great for me.

The micro-SD card plugs at the top of the player which is great and doesn't get in the way. 1 Gig is enough for me and it can expand via micro-SD. It's no Zune or Ipod, but it's fast enough. Pros: Great small MP3 player, paid $16 bucks for everything ($30 off coupon + $5 off shipping coupon). So if you're like me in that respect, you'll love the Sansa Express. But it plugs right into your PC and is compatible with just about any music player (except iTunes, of course), and stores regular data too. Sure it doesn't have the biggest storage space, and it doesn't show pictures, but who the heck wants that from their MP3 player anyway.

Overall Review: If what you want is a convenient, inexpensive MP3 player first and foremost, look no further. The headphones aren't the best but the price on this thing is so competitive that I have a hard time faulting them for skimping on the headphones. Even after I updated it, sometimes the thing turns off by itself.

Um, what else.oh, I love the fact that you don't need a cord to plug it in and the SD Micro expansion slot is an awesome way to extend the life/useability of this little guy.Ĭons: The firmware is buggy. There's an EQ, the LED is bright, you can even pause live radio! Which also means that you can record songs off of the radio. They sure packed a lot of functionality into a very small package. It works like a 1GB flash drive but it has MP3 playback ability, a radio tuner, and a voice recorder.
